You can return the product if you are not satisfied with it or it is what you didn’t expect. You have 7 days from the delivery of it.
The product must be in perfect condition with all it labels and original packaging.
Please note that underwear and customized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged during shipment.
Returns or exchanges at the store
You can return or exchange your product to your local Equipabase store for FREE, you will have to present the order confirmation and you can change the product or proceed with the refund.
Return an online order by post
If you want to return a product by post you must inform Equipabase, and you will receive an email with the address you have to send it and other important information. Attach the return label on the outside of the packaging and send the parcel to the address indicated on the return label.
Once we receive the product any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order (delivery charges not included). It can take up to 15 days from the date of your return to be delivered back to our warehouse and completed.
Exchange an order by post
If you want to exchange the color or the size of the product you must inform Equipabase, and you will receive an email with the address you have to send it and other important information. Attach the return label on the outside of the packaging and send the parcel to the address indicated on the return label.
Once we receive the product and we can confirm the good condition of it, we will send the new requested item.
If you want to exchange a product for another one you simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, Equipabase assumes all costs.
To process your warranty you should provide us by email a brief description about the defect as well as at least one picture where the damage can be shown.
You have 1 year warranty on all products as a general rule, always according to the Spanish law 23/2003 of Guarantees in Consumer Goods Sale.
All exchanges and returns will be processed on business days, those made from 6p.m., regional and national holidays; they will be administered the next day.
